Main Building
The main building consists of seveteen floors, with commercial office spaces, the UKM Gallery, a cafe on the main floor, a food court on the 3rd floor and function halls on 4th floor.

Located on 4th floor, the Nareswara Hall offers an elegant and luxurious design and is highly suitable for many types of formal and informal events, including conferences, weddings, receptions, ceremonies such as graduations, training, and product launches.
The Nareswara Hall can be divided in three meeting rooms. See floor plan for details.
Meeting Rooms
In addition to the Naraswera Hall, there are five meeting rooms which can accommodate smaller meetings from 5 to 25 people.
Exhibition Hall
The newly-constructed SMESCO INDONESIA Exhibition Hall is located opposite the Main Building. A unique architectural jewel that is recognized throughout Jakarta, the Center features two floors and two mezzanines complete with high-end infrastructure and facilities. Measuring over 22.000 square meters, the Exhibition Hall can accommodate national and international exhibitions, corporate conventions or many other types of events.

Main Floor
The meeting space in the Exhibition Hall, main floor, can accommodate up to 2.500 guests for sit down or 5.000 guests for buffets or receptions. It also showcases a spacious lobby which allows you to expand on the space as required. This Exhibition Hall serves as Jakarta's newest venue of choice.
Convention Hall
The Convention Hall is located on the 2nd floor. It is 2.464 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 2.500 people in reception style or 1.250 people in theater style seating. In addition, the balcony can accommodate up to 500 people in its permanent seating area. There are two changing rooms located in proximity to the balcony.
The Convention Hall has a uniquely sophisticated interior design and is appropriate for music festivals, concerts, award ceremonies, fashion shows, national and international meetings and conventions.

Terletak pada lantai 4, Ruang Nareswara menawarkan design yang elegan dan mewah dan sangat cocok untuk berbagai macam event yang formal maupun informal, termasuk konperensi, pernikahan, resepsi, seremoni seperti wisuda, pelatihan dan peluncuran produk.
Ruangan Nareswara dapat dibagi menjadi 3 meeting room. Lihat floor plan untuk lengkapnya.
Meeting Rooms
Selain Ruang Naraswera Hall, terdapat 2 ruang meeting yang mana dapat mengakomodasi meeting yang lebih kecil antara 5 hingga 25 orang.

Exhibition Hall SMESCO UKM yang baru dibangun terletak di seberang dengan Main Building. Sebuah permata arsitektur yang unik yang dikenali di seluruh Jakarta, Center memiliki 2 lantai dan 2 mezzanine lengkap dengan infrastruktur dan fasilitas yang mewah. Dengan luas lebih dari 22.000 meter persegi, Exhibition Hall dapat mengakomodasi exhibition/pameran, konvensi perusahaan, baik nasional dan internasional atau banyak tipe event lainnya.

Ruangan meeting dalam Exhibition Hall, main floor, dapat mengakomodasi hingga 2.500 tamu dengan tempat duduk atau 5.000 tamu untuk buffet atau resepsi. Juga terlihat lobby yang luas yang memungkinkan anda untuk memperluas ruang jika diperlukan. Exhibition Hall ini merupakan salah satu pilihan tempat terbaru di Jakarta.
Convention Hall
Convention Hall terletak pada lantai dua. Dengan luas 2.464 meter persegi dan dapat dengan leluasa menampung hingga 2.500 orang dengan style resepsi atau 1.250 orang dengan style tempat duduk theatre. Sebagai tambahan, Balkoni dapat menampung hingga 500 orang dengan tempat duduk yang permanen. Terdapat 2 ruang ganti yang terletak di sekitar Balkoni.
Convention Hall memiliki design interior yang sangat unik dan cocok untuk festival musik, konser, acara penghargaan, fashion show, meeting dan konvensi baik nasional dan internasional.
