Finance & Accounting Manager

Requirements:

• Male, Age max 40 years old
• Graduated Min S1 majoring in Accounting & Finance with GPA 3.00
• Min 3-5 years experiences in the same position
• Good Leadership, Interpersonal skill and decision making
• Experience with PC (MS Office, Accounting software).
• Knowledge of government tax & accounting regulations & standard accounting practice
• Able to prepare financial statements ( GL, Income Statement, balance sheet), planning and analysis ( ie budgeting, forecasting and cash flow ) 
• Able to prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports 
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, strong negotiation & analytical skill
• Team player, good interpersonal skill & willing to work hard, proactive, energetic, and honest
• Have skill & knowledge of computer, internet and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under time constraint, high pressure condition, target oriented
• Can work in a team, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
